Who we are.
Carnival People is a Singapore-based carnival rental specialist, supplying carnival game stalls, live food stations, inflatables, arcade machines and event manpower to corporate family days, school carnivals, community events and grand openings island-wide. We’ve delivered thousands of events across Singapore, from 30-guest condo parties to 2,000-guest community carnivals. At our core, we’re a hands-on crew of event coordinators, game marshals, logistics operators and live food crew who take pride in making every event run smoothly and feel genuinely fun.

Carnival People isn’t the biggest event company in Singapore, but we run more carnivals per year than most, and we do it with a team small enough that every hire matters. If you can set up a game stall, run a live food station, handle a school principal on a tight schedule, or crack a joke that gets 200 kids laughing, we probably have a role for you.
The variety is real. One week you’re running a 500-guest corporate family day at HortPark, the next you’re setting up 12 game stalls at an HDB community carnival, then a birthday party for 30 in a condo function room. Every event has its own quirks — narrow lift lobbies, tight power sockets, last-minute add-ons — and our crew problem-solves it together. Nothing is boring for long.
We’re a training-first shop. New hires shadow senior marshals for their first month, learn every carnival game, live food station and machine in the warehouse, and can be running their own events by month three. Career pathing is real and clear: on-site crew can move into event coordination, coordinators into sales or operations, and operations into leadership.
